Born and raised right here in Atlanta, Cynethia brings a heart full of warmth and an extensive clinical background to Tender Nights. With a genuine love for working with children, she previously served as an assistant teacher before expanding into patient healthcare.
Cynethia is certified as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Doula, Patient Care Technician (PCT), EKG technician, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), as well as a skilled phlebotomist. Her combined medical background and deep childcare experience provide parents with ultimate peace of mind throughout every stage of overnight newborn support.

With more than ten years of professional pediatric and newborn-care experience, Leah provides nurturing, expert overnight care designed to give new parents true peace of mind and restorative sleep.
Leah is a Certified Newborn Care Specialist certified through Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny (2020), a skilled Pediatric Medical Assistant, and CPR certified. Her background combines clinical pediatric knowledge with gentle, compassionate overnight support, including feeding guidance, soothing, routine establishment, and specialized care for twins and multiples.
